Jerkline Special Power

Just wanted to publish a couple of photos of this MVVS 21 (.21 c.i. & 3.5 cc) engine. Made in the Czech Republic. World class precision. These engines are really fantastic. This one weighs about 8 oz. A little heavy. But the power output is fantastic. Plenty of power for any Ringmaster sized plane. Easy starting. Great fit and finish. Rugged. Needle settings are held perfectly. But look at the venturi and needle valve setup. When I acquired this engine it was my first clue that there are different ways of doing things. The venturi is basically an R/C carb without a throttle. It bolts on from the bottom of the engine. So an R/C carb can also be easily bolted on. And the engine run with this type of control line carb is great. How come the Eastern Europeans are the only ones bright enough to think of doing things this way? What happened to made in America anyway? If you ever get a chance to power a plane with an MVVS engine-do it!
