More Circulator

I knew I wanted to use my little red Irvine 25 BB ABC engine, so I just cut a motor mount space on the end of a 3" x 1/2 " x 36" balsa plank. Then I marked out the space necessary for GRW 4.25 oz. Chicken Hopper fuel tank. Then I marked the wing slot. Then I pulled out my Mongoose plans and used the Mongoose tail moment on the Circulator. I also used the Mongoose tail feathers.
